Hi everybody, here are the highlights for this week.
- Tuesday May 6, 2008: Tuesday night ride. The ride begins at 6:30 pm sharp so be sure to be there a few minutes before. The ride leaves from Beaconsfield High School
- Thursday May 8, 2008: Thursday night ride. This year, for the Thursday night ride, we have 2 starting points. We have our usual meeting point at Beaconsfield High School (BHS). We also have a second meeting point for the people leaving downtown. The meeting point is at Gadbois Recreational Centre. This centre is right under the brige of the 15 by the Canal Lachine. Both rides begin at 6:30 pm sharp too, be there a few minutes before.
- Saturday May 10th, 2008: Volunteer-led ride - Steve Abramson -
201 start at 9:30 am.
- Sunday May 11th, 2008: Group leader ride at L'Acadie on Mother's day. This ride starts from Brossard at the Antoine-Brossard High School on the de Rome boulevard at 9 a.m.
Since it is the first time that we have a start on the south shore in Brossard, here is the information on how to get there:
- Take the Champlain bridge to the south shore
- Take exit 8 to merge onto Boulevard Taschereau/RTE-134 O toward La Prarie
- Turn left on Boulevard de Rome (2nd light)
- We meet at the Antoine-Brossard High School (3055 Boulevard de Rome, Brossard QC, J4Y 1S9)
There are still a few rooms left for St-Casimir and Stowe. The deadlines to register to these weekends are: St-Casimir May 16th and Stowe May 30, 2008 http://www.clubcycliste.com/english/
Don't forget the Pizza party on May 30th. Please write that down in your agendas. The Pizza party will take place in Dorval at the Natalino restaurant. As we want to know how many people will show up, please register by sending an email to ccbinfo@clubcycliste.com. The club will pay for the pizza, you only have to pay for your drinks.
